What we do.
We offer comprehensive audio and video recording and post production, live show production, DJ, event and production management services. Because of our commitment to work with our clients' budgets, the prices shown here are just estimated starting points. Again, we do our best to create customized solutions to fit any budget.
Audio Recording & Post Production
Our audio recording and post production services are second to none. Whether your band wants to cut some demo tracks or record its next album, or you want to have a record of your training seminar or keynote speaker at the next big meeting, we have a solution for you.
We use state of the art Tascam, DigiDesign, M-Audio, and Yamaha all digital equipment, and can provide CD recordings or digital copies of your mixes.
Studio Prices include an engineer to create the perfect mix. Mastering and CD Duplication fees are extra and negotiated separately depending on number and length of tracks. Mobile Prices include local travel (within 50 miles), set, and strike time, as well as CD media costs. Mastering fees are extra and negotiated separately depending on length of recorded audio.
Studio Recording: 1 Hour: $55; 4 Hours: $200; 8 hours $385; 9+: Call for pricing
Mobile Recording: 2 Hours: $300; 3 Hours: $400; 4 Hours: $500; 5+ Call for pricing
Video Recording & Post Production
For your wedding, instructional video, graduation, school play, Bar Mitzvah, or any other special event, trust no one else to get the job done right. We can even shoot underwater. Literally nothing can stop you from having a perfect video when you choose Advent Media Group.
We can shoot in standard definition or in stunning full 1080p high definition and edit either video format in a fully digital non-linear software environment and incorporate motion graphics to enhance your video. And of course, don't forget about DVD duplication and distribution.
All pricing included labor on an hourly basis. When you contact your Relationship Manager, be sure to consider any additional options which might be available such as wireless microphones to get all the spoken word at important events like weddings!
Standard Definition Shoot: $50/hr for single camera, plus $35/hr for any additional cameras
High Definition (HD) Shoot: $70/hr for single camera, plus $45/hr for any additional cameras
DJ Services
For your next party, whether you're celebrating a birthday, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, graduation, wedding, or corporate accomplishment, you're going to need someone with the right equipment, music, and personality to bring it to life. That's what we do.
We have pre-established packages as well as the ability to customize to your exact needs. Prices start from as little as $75/hour for our most basic package. Because every event and group is different, we can't provide static pricing, but we promise our pricing is always fair and can be affordable for any event. Live Show Production & Event Management
When it comes to a concert, performance, ceremony, seminar, general session, or other important production, it's just gotta be right. But bringing together all the moving parts - sound reinforcement, image magnification (IMAG), video & graphics projection, rigging, stage management, talent acquisition, lighting, and more - to create one seamless experience for your audience is no easy task. Luckily, that's where we excel.
Advent Media Group started as a show production service. We know what it takes to put on engaging events that your audience will really take something home from.
Due to the highly variable nature of show production and event management, we can't purpose to post pricing here, but we can guarantee you that our prices are far more affordable than anyone else's.
